Raymond Weicker is the chief financial officer and legal counsel. Ray also teaches at the University of Massachusetts, Lowell in the finance department, where he received his MSF and MBA, and serves in the U.S. Army Reserves in a trial defense unit. Previously, Ray was an attorney at the law firm of Qua, Hall, Harvey, & Walsh, and as a prosecutor and Special Assistant U.S. Attorney and as a Municipal & Administrative law attorney for the Fort Campbell military installation. Ray received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School.
